Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gaining hands-on experience in the human-centered design process and applying it to problem-solving.
2. Planning and conducting user research and analysis
3. Uncovering and deciphering the unmet needs of our users and successfully converting their needs into usable experiences and solutions
4. Defining user needs and developing user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for desktop and mobile applications, including clickable prototypes as needed
5. Experience building and maintaining design systems that drive quality and efficiency as a strategic systems thinker
6. Helping define a design system and language and advocating its application across different products
