About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding product specifications and user psychology
2. Conducting concept and usability testing and gathering feedback
3. Creating personas through user research and data
4. Defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success
5. Developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
6. Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
7. Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers
8. Staying abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Other requirements

1. Should have proven experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or in a similar role

2. Should have a strong portfolio of design projects

3. Should have a background in project management and research

4. Should have familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

5. Should be proficient in design software (Figma/XD)

6. Should have a problem-solving attitude

7. Should have excellent communication skills
