About The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and talented designer to join our Design team in Mumbai, India. You'll be helping to drive design and product needs across our platforms and products.
You'll work on creating an entirely new suite of products from scratch for both mobile and web - products which will be seen and interacted with, at scale. As one of the first members of the design team, you'll collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle. We're looking for someone who has a great eye, a passion for deceivingly simple design, and who loves to build and iterate.

Roles And Responsibilities

Translate requirements to medium and high fidelity prototypes
Build and test different design hypotheses and drive product roadmap through design
Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
Formulate and inform a design system for all the customer facing products

Requirements

2+ years of design experience preferably designing complex solutions/ B2C applications
Expertise in Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
Motion Graphics and animation expertise are a plus
Kickass portfolio displaying a blend of intuitive and research led design solutions

You Would Be a Great Fit If You

Can work with ambiguity and think of design solutions in terms of incremental versions
Have a knack for creating great interactions and micro-interactions and love to prototype
Can formulate a design system and hierarchy and make solutions scalable and easy to execute
