Together with CarTrade & BikeWale, we are the market leaders in the personal mobility media space.- We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team. This role would start off as an individual contributor.

Job Description :-

Work closely with the Product Manager, Data and Engineering teams to ensure a high level of CX on the Mobile site, website and apps- Conduct UX research and identify the users needs and wants-

Translate concepts into user flow, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes-

Implement best practices in user design methodologies-

Prioritize an intuitive user-centered design approach with rapid testing and iteration- Present well-articulated UX design and IA decisions to teams and stakeholders- Plan, organize and participate in ongoing usability testing and assessments- Contribute to, and help create, design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills & Experience Required :-

Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer and UIUX Designer, with experience in B2C applications- Passion to work in a startup and grow with the company. Desire to lead a team later on.-

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your thoughts and present ideas and concepts clearly to the engineering and design team-

Passionate about potential product offerings and innovation to conduct research in the industry's latest trends and technologies- Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive-

Strong problems solving skills is essential- Experience of using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision and other prototyping toolsIf you are a Product Designer and UI/UX Designer, who is interested to work on a product that would hugely impact the lives of people, this is the opportunity for you
