Experience: 1-2 years in Garment manufacturing, Home furnishing, Indian Retail House

Skills: Development, Costing & Pricing, Coordination

JD :

1. To understand the requirement from buyers and explain to sampling department. Development of products

2. Core member of costing and pricing team.

3. To discuss call out with buyers and customers.

4. To maintain test records of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design textile product from concept to market

• Develop design and technical specifications for textile product

• Perform market analysis and research to identify needs and trends in textile products

• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure product design meets customer needs

• Source, review and approve textile materials

• Manage product development and prototyping

• Evaluate production samples for quality and design accuracy

• Manage relationships with vendors and partner factories

• Ensure timely delivery of orders

• Analyze customer feedback and initiate product improvements

• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends in textile product design and development
