The Job

You Will Be Responsible For

Designing and creating product features while evaluating their feasibility and return on investment numbers.
Analysing competitor offerings.
Understanding customer needs and market requirements.
Identifying existing issues and finding solutions.
Monitoring the solution prototypes to understand their viability.
Staying abreast of market trends.

The Profile

You possess Masters in Business Administration from a top tier institute and have at least 4 years experience working within a Product role. A minimum of 2 years as a Product Manager / Product Engineer is required.
You have solid knowledge of product delivery lifecycle and have worked with the various methodologies deployed.
You have worked within Agile frameworks and can lead teams to deliver winning products and features.
A proven track record of successful delivery of projects would be highly valuable.
You understand the Indian internet industry scenario, especially the EdTech sector and its major offerings, in order to analyse competition and other ecosystem factors affecting our product.
You have critical thinking ability and can handle critical situations with calm and poise.
You are comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and presenting your ideas to them on a regular basis.
Excellent analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills coupled with team management skills is required to succeed in this role.
