We are building AI powered, innovative, state of the art, web and mobile applications to teach the young minds the programming languages and app development using fun filled engagement contents.
4. Job Summary:
Develops Technology Strategy and Roadmap for the organization.
Analyses technology trends and changing market needs, understand BU strategies, offerings, client and competitive landscape.
Identifies innovative means of applying technology and / or new offerings Provides technology advisory services to plan and execute services on one or more tracks of Technology Consulting.
Evaluates business potential of such service offerings, organize, enhance and deploy necessary teams, systems, resources etc.
Designs a 'Go to Market' strategy, vet proposals and approve solutions approach, provide consulting services such as audits and validation of solution architecture for large transformation projects.
Guides and mentors teams on methodologies, processes and best practices according to Organization Architecture Frameworks and supports the development and maintenance of these frameworks and approaches, including technical / functional logical modeling, architecture governance, and tooling.
Execution of projects on a time bound fashion in collaboration with the teams in India and overseas stakeholders.
5. Roles and Responsibilities:
An ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits:
Collaborate with other Domains in executing the Solution Architecture responsibilities, to develop clear architecture plans, driving towards the appropriate balance of cost, risk and quality, and effectively & consistently communicates this to stakeholders.
Set an architectural direction, build consensus, mediate conflicts, and help to create an environment, which solicits positive contributions from all participants, including engineering teams, project managers, business analysts, test teams, Information Security and Operations. Ability to identify, prioritize and weigh different options, balancing business, cost and technology priorities to determine a best solution .
Strong client- facing facilitation skills and business acumen needed to help business leaders and program managers understand how to apply complex IT / Architecture concepts to solve business problems.
Provides thought leadership into the evolution of the Solution Architecture function, working collaboratively with managers, peers and analysts
Manages the solution architecture for their program and is accountable for maturing its architectural linkages across the other Enterprise Architecture frameworks
6. Skills Required:
Sound knowledge in Architecting Solutions across technologies, cross-platforms, cross- functional, cross-programs, developing models, and problem resolution.
Good knowledge of current Mobile Technology Landscape.
Sound knowledge on technology stacks is and added advantage.,
Good knowledge on AI, NLP, Deep learning and contemporary disruptive technologies.
Ability to use AI in developing enterprising applications.
Business management/ Technology Service Operations and Event management/ Technology Infrastructure
Design and Planning/ Systems Architecture Communicating with business and technology leaders, both within and outside the organization
Understanding, modeling, and representing the organizations business requirements in a human consumable manner, as it relates to strategy
Demonstrating abilities to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts within The Enterprise Framework. Influencing the organization to accomplish goals and needs through architecture activities
Developing methods and techniques for modeling technologies Serving as advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies
Strong Leadership Skills and experience managing large teams across domains/branches/sectors/countries, Being viewed as the trusted advisor to the organization
