Responsibilities:
• Know customer needs through research and market data.
• Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability.
• Develop Annual Business and Marketing plans for assigned products/portfolios.
• Achieving the portfolio sales and profit objectives.
• Conceptualization, Designing of Marketing Inputs and Communications.
• Creating, implementing, and Monitoring Product campaigns.
• Attending technical queries of Customers / Field Forces on brands/portfolios.
• Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of the Field Sales Team.
• Conducting Consultant/Technician Meetings and giving Technical Presentations.
• Field work for assessing strategy effectiveness and implementation, competitor monitoring.
Requirements:
• Bachelors in engineering-2021/2022/2023 pass-outs.
• Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges and simplifying them for a non-technical audience.
• Mandatory work from an office (HYBRID) in Bangalore.
• Duration-6 months
