About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle and create requirements
2. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
3. Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
4. Define product policy and specification specification
5. Work closely with the finance and business team to define the budget for the product and own the P & L of the product
6. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
7. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
8. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
9. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
10. Follow our competitors and the industry
11. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Product Owner requirements and qualifications
12. Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
13. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
14. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
15. Excellent organizational and time management skills
