Job Description
You will have full ownership and responsibility through the full product lifecycle from customer feedback and research, product strategy, requirements development, roadmap prioritisation, development, measurement of adoption, metrics and iteration. This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across DrinkPrime to drive the development of our product. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be motivated/energised by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
- Product Managers work closely with Business Leader, Customer Service, Operational, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the teams ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in product management
- Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery
- Startup Experience (Growth Stage)
- Proven track record of customer obsession
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organisation
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- B.Tech and/or MBA degree.
