WHAT YOU DO:

• Develop & Execute the strategies, marketing programs and operational efficiencies to drive revenue growth for the assigned portfolio.
• The key factor of this role includes increasing market-share of the assigned portfolio, roll out of marketing initiatives in line with & achievement of financials.
• Achievement of at-least 100% of the sales budget for the assigned products.
• Regular interactions with sales colleagues and interaction with key customers to understand the market insights.
• Close coordination with other departments within the organization such as Medical, Procurement, Supply chain, legal etc.
• Vendor selection, negotiation and management for conducting activities or campaigns.
• Primary/ secondary Sales analysis on monthly basis and preparation of dashboards for evaluation.
• Understanding the market needs and accordingly respond to field with relevant data/ information/ assistance.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional mix to meet brand objectives vis-à-vis customer needs in co-ordination with Marketing Manager.
• Ensuring effective implementation of the plan in association with sales team and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the planned activities.
• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
• Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medico marketing aspects.

WHO YOU ARE:

• B.Pharm /B.Sc. with/without a Management degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience with around 3-5 years of pharma sales or relevant sales experience.
• Good communication skills especially written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
• Ability to learn product details and train sales teams on all product aspects by collaborating with other departments such as medical & Training.
• A collaborator as the role involves collaboration with various stakeholders such as medical, supply chain, vendor management.
