This person would have 4-7 year of experience, be smart, have high energy, and be a quick and eager learner. They would also beanalytical and quantitatively driven, while being attentive to details. The role is cross-functional and requires the individual to ownand push through projects that touch upon business, operations, technology, marketing, etc – basically work in an environmentthat allows, and requires, you to learn a lot about various functions.
Job profile

• Responsible to ideate new product features and improve existing features (on web and mobile products)
• Be highly data driven and customer focussed to understand opportunities for improvement through data, surveys and customer connect
• Work lean. Build out MVPs/proof-of-concept.
• Project manage launch of products/features - create requirement document, wire frames, manage creative design, development, QA and launch.
• Analyze performance post launch and iterate quickly
• Collaborate with multiple teams (tech/ops/UX/UI) to ensure successful launch
• Collaborate with marketing team to drive adoption of various products features

• Total 3-6 years of product management experience
• Experience managing payments
• Solid understanding of design/ UX principles
• Solid analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Track record of defining and releasing successful products
