BAAZI GAMES Platforms- Description-

Perform research to identify customer needs, pain points and market gaps.
Collaborate with the engineering to deliver functional solutions .
Suggest products/features to improve user experience.
Manage quality assurance controls on products.
Prioritize features and initiatives.
Drive implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
Liaise with the various stakeholders to gather requirements and create lovable products .
Monitor and report on release impact, users- reactions after product launches .
Write product specifications and refine them after discussions with relevant stakeholders .
Participate in system configuration .
Perform competitive analysis to keep abreast of latest developments.
Define success metrics for product features and monitor the performance.
Partner with engineering teams and drive the product development for a game vertical across all platforms (Android/iOS/Web).
Partner with product designers on usability studies, conceptualize and implement engaging features for players.
Partner with project managers on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates .
Dive into details of product features and game play design .
Track and develop an understanding of gaming insights Skills.

Sound ability in understanding in-game user behavior using data insights to improve product metrics .
Responsible for the full product/game life cycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new games!
Exhibit sound product discernment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.
Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires .
Previous work experience of 1-4 years as an Associate Product Manager, strategy consultant or similar role.
Should have launched consumer internet products, and managed it through the entire product lifecycle - concept, prototype, launch, and iteration cycles.
Strong ability to do data driven product management (and even general) decision making.
Hands on experience in data mining, click stream analysis, and would have a good knowledge of statistical techniques.
Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
Familiarity with market research, consumers- behavior and marketing techniques.

Requirements

5+ years of product management or other relevant experience
Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
Strong project management and time management skills
Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization
Good written skills and an eye for detail
