We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, who will work directly with the Founder & CEO, and will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product that deliver the company's vision and strategy of building a highly scalable platform to solve healthcare access problem for the next half a billion people coming online

Responsibilities and Duties:-

Demonstrated ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.-
Strong analytical abilities and data driven approach.-
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes-
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact-
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources-
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed-
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding-
Proficient experience in user-experience.-
Work closely with VP of Technology for product roll out.- Good Communication and Interpersonal skill-
Proven work experience in product management.-
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life-cycle-
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management-
Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3-5 years-
Good Communication and Interpersonal skill-
Proven work experience in product management.-
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life-cycle-
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management-
Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.Qualifications: UG:B.Tech/B.E. PG: M.B.A (From Top Tier College)
