10+ years of experience with very good understanding of Telecom domain knowledge to understand requests from customers & vast product management experience (SW, HW & Apps) & has responsibilities as Own strategic & tactical architecture initiatives of SPIDER product (HW, SW & Applications) ; Ensure reference Architecture compliances & adherence in product ; Ensure SPIDER has key USPs & Innovative features Product specification (Create & Review) , Concept creation & maintenance of product release lifecycle with customers Responsible for product planning & release planning, delivery & operations Translate users’ requests into Spider features (sometimes synthesis of requests coming from several users); user’s telecom language not always understood by dev team Answer questions from existing users or potential new users about Spider; so that dev team can focus on development Work on Key customer case studies & provide efficient optimize planned network using SPIDER Help user’s with complex requests on big projects; such a knowledge implies working full time on the tool during several months

Qualifications
Bacheor of Engineering / B.Tech in Electronics & communication/Computer Science
Writing excel macros in Visual Basic for some exports to other tools; Allows dev team to take decisions related to development technologies; values team opinion about features; takes into account comments from dev team; Sets reasonable timelines; doesn’t have weird expectations; understands delays when they appear if there are reasonable explanations because he has programming background ; openminded; Knowledge of SCRUM method; Doesn’t put theory before practice; Imagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
