The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Responsibilities

• Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant to our global competitiveness and our competition. 
• Explore, identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.
• Escalate to and drive solutions with the tech team for identified market-specific product issues and gaps.
• Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows.
• Track progress of market-specific product improvements and measure impact.
• Leverage research and market analysis to drive market-specific product insights into execution.
• Understand Thriwe Products strategic and competitive position and work to improve it

Definition:

• Define the product and users: What is it going to be? Who is it for? Why are we doing this? Create roadmap? Plan reach out the strategy for the product. 
• Coordinate closely with all stakeholders of the product: Management, Tech team, Creative team, Marketing Team, Sales Team, Legal and Finance too in some cases. 
• Priorities every task so that technical, sales, marketing, and design teams are always clear about their current goals and what's coming up next. 
• Balance technology, user's experience, and revenue generation: Innovate, take decisions, and continuously measure everything that has a significant impact on those decisions. 
• They will own the product (delivery, quality, and profit/loss). So they also have to do whatever it takes to get the product out to the users makes it a success. 

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years product management/development experience.
• Experienced with product management or product growth.
• Experience with SaaS products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired.
• Experience of working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures is highly desired.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English.
• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile platforms.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience
