Job Description

Responsibilities
  • He should have the gaming experience exposure - Essential.
  • Work closely with UX designers and developers for new features or optimization of existing features.
  • Write PRD, drive cross team collaboration and be responsible for product quality.
  • Keep iterating on features. Track and analyze data and gather insights and solutions based on data.
  • Work with Engineering Manager(s) to create and maintain product roadmap.
  • Sync-up product progress and key decisions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with BD, Marketing and Operation teams to understand their business requirements.
  • Understand users, continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • More than 3 years product management experience.
  • Good product design and interaction design skills.
  • Should Be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc.
  • Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Pay attention to user experience and details
  • Good data analyzing skills.
  • Be familiar with data driven product optimization.
  • Positive, willing to solve complex problems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills, should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal.
  • Computer science background is preferred.
  • Cross culture work experience is preferred.
  • Interest in gaming is necessary.
  • Experience in Gaming is preferred.
  • MBA preferred
