We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurugram, India, to help us build quality AI/Blockchain-based products in legal tech space.
Responsibilities

Develop AI/ML and Blockchain-based products
Oversee the design and development of software products and applications
Build the product by hiring necessary personnel such as software developers, UI/UX engineers etc
Design and code highly scalable, machine learning applications processing large volumes of data.
Train the product on software development.
Provide technical leadership to a strong team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
Lead the product team, drive the product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmap for the product area.
Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, design and other teams to ship major features and product improvements.
Implement AI/ML techniques
Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics.
To gather, analyse and distribute intelligence on products, competitors and customer behavior across different platforms to drive product and business decision-making.
Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training.
Working on experience of product for the entire product journey, from planning to handovers to testing to measurement.
Analyze complex use cases with experience in using analytics platforms to understand product usability and break them down to simplify user experience.

Requirements

Have experience in implementing one of the techniques: Linear regression, Logistic
regression, Linear discriminant analysis, Decision trees, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors, Learning vector quantization, Support vector machines, Bagging and random forest and Deep neural networks.
Expert in programming languages; and shell scripting
Adaptability to new technology and thinking outside the box to develop and implement short and long-term creative solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

BTech/ MTech in Computer Sciences, from premier colleges.
5-8 years of relevant experience in software development as individual contributor.
2-3 years of relevant experience as a team lead/product manager/engineering manager.
Experience in Artificial Intelligence technology.
Experience in Machine learning.
Experience with software development, data science, data analysis, machine learning, block chain and programming is preferable.
