We are looking for the right product leader to own and grow some of our most foundational products and also, our new product initiatives.
Â Youll work closely with customers to better understand what they need, you will work with our product marketing teams to seize potential opportunities, and then work with engineering to build new features and enhancements which help us achieve our product revenue targets.
You will set the product direction, driving new capabilities into our core offerings & new initiatives, and delivering a world-class experience to our current and future customers.
You will define specifications, lead sprint planning, manage roadmaps, and prioritize development capacity.
You will ensure sound strategic direction and effective detailed plans are in place from architecture to operations to go-to-market.In short, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building products that customers love.
What your day could consist of
Have a CEO Mindset and own the product strategy.
End-to-end ownership of products and features.Identify, prioritize, build and maintain the business case for the products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and top use casesBe the domain expert for your product with a complete understanding of how customer feedback, competitive drivers, and market dynamics shape your products direction.
Leverage adoption metrics, as well as meetings with customers, prospects, customer support/success, and sales team to develop a perspective on how your product is being used and on where to take the product next.Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize and execute product plans in an iterative and timely manner
Help enablement for new feature releases, go-to-market, as well as core positioning and messaging for your product
Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events etc.)Participate in the business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments)
What we are looking for Proven as an experienced product manager working on large-scale software products (B2B) for at least 3 years in product management (and overall work experience of >5 years is preferred but not necessary)Results-driven product leader with a track record of delivering high-quality software
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering software that customers will love
Prior experience working on a SaaS cloud product is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to customers and senior executives
Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to come up with recommendations using data
Technical or engineering background required.
MBA from a premier management institute desired
