Job Description

The Product Manager position is responsible for developing a variety of application based products and features across all of digital platforms (mobile devices, Web browser, connected TVs, etc.).

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the complete product life cycle.
Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product road map.
Responsible for analysing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.
Creating wire frames & prototypes as part of product specifications.
Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Designing, Marketing, Operations for core product development.
Responsible for innovative feature conceptualisation, designing wire frames, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.
Responsible for developing customer wire-frames and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services
Analyse all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.
Product Ownership which includes conceptualisation, prioritisation and delivering projects.
Collaborating among cross-functional and cross-organisational teams to manage end-to-end implementation.
Responsible for developing new UI designs using web technologies

Requirements

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Any graduate (MBA from a reputed institute is an advantage)of product management in an e commerce industry
