Einsite jobs - Product Manager

Einsite.io is looking for an energetic and innovative Product Manager to define product requirements and guide its day to day development and launch.

We’re looking for a versatile team player who enjoys interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to determine pain points as well as interfacing with engineering on a daily basis to see the product through to release. We need someone with experience in enterprise software, IoT, analytics and preferably cloud experience and heavy equipment/construction management experience is a big plus.

This role reports to the COO. Einsite teams are nimble with limited hierarchy and lots of initiative/ownership. We're looking for a product management professional who is process driven, passionate about our mission, who wants to dive in and get their hands dirty with end to end ownership.

You’ll drive the development and marketing of key features of the cutting edge software platform that enables our growth across our target market verticals. The best candidate should have a strong balance between engineering skills and business/marketing talent.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, marketing or business management.

3 or more years of enterprise software development and/or product management experience

Agile Development Methodologies

Key Responsibilities Include

Performing Market research and analysis

Collecting Voice of Customer and competitive analysis

Refine Marketing Requirements for Engineering scrum teams

Create Marketing User Stories for Agile for meeting customer needs and Minimum Viable

Product (MVP) and include clear and specific acceptance criteria

Groom and Prioritize Agile Scrum Team Backlogs

Create marketing collateral content with collaboration with Marcom

Support Operations organization (Part Creation, Requisitions, Vendor Coordination, etc.)

Support Sales and Evangelize product at conferences and trade shows

Coordinate Beta and Early Access Program

Additional Qualifications

Have an experience in developing software systems with an emphasis on intelligent device management

Have strong analytical skills and also be creative and innovative.

Have experience as a product manager or software engineer at some point in your career

Thrive in a fast paced environment working on new and emerging technologies

Cloud experience is a huge plus
