Product Manager
JOB FUNCTION: IT Software: Software Products & Services
Experience Required
3-5 years experience in a software product management or project management role
Data-driven thinking/decision-making and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) tailored for each of a wide variety of audiences.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies, with relevant experience in all phases of the product life cycle.
Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in leading decision-making and working with leadership to make product decisions and create a path forward
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and work breakdowns
Understands the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience and Skills Preferred
Certified Product Owner/Manager Certification and/or Training.
Great project management skills including multiple projects at a time.
Experience implementing solutions in enterprise application environments.
Familiarity with technologies such as XML, JSON, CSS, HTML, CMS, Web Services
Experience with Azure
Experience with Basecamp
Experience with JIRA
Experience with AWS
