Role and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a product strategy for Philips healthcare products, including market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, create a product roadmap, and execute product development plans.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of healthcare products, from ideation to end-of-life, including product updates, maintenance, and retirement.
• Brainstorming Healthcare professionals and carry out competitive analysis to increase business insights.
• Ensuring that healthcare products provide a positive user experience, including user interface design, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
• Should be able to build a strong Healthcare professional networks Including Hospitals, Physician, Doctors, Pharmacist and associated healthcare industry.
• Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and drive revenue growth.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare product management.

Skills

• Must be passionate about Healthcare Products with 0-2 years of experience in Health care domain.
• Must have knowledge of different healthcare compliances and regulations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication and written skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well with Engineering, Operations & Sales – Marketing Team.
• Ability to use communication tools like Cold calling, emailing and WhatsApp channels.
• Must be passionate about sales and Business Growth.
• Leadership & visionary skills to motivate and lead teams and peers.
• Expertise in Healthcare Domain with great Peer connections will be given extra preference.
