What You'll Do/Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritised roadmap for matchmaking
Work with Transport & Food product team to improve the customer experience & fulfilment rate while we match millions of customers with drivers
Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data science and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency
Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics
Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
Work with our Machine learning team to help draw roadmap and strategies
Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
Work with our data team to understand customer behaviour and identify problems and opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training

What You'll Need/Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
Experience leading post-launch optimisations including developing testing strategies
Past experience in similar domain, specifically on Dispatch/Route optimisation, Operational research domain
Independent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when you need it and are always looking to learn something new
Exposure with working on Machine Learning products and teams that handle AI/ML products
Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project. Fluency with numbers is a must
You are comfortable to give a very high view of the roadmap and also simultaneously you are comfortable in talking about the details of a smaller piece in product
You are comfortable in working with research teams to define the problem statements and getting in the depth of problem areas
You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
You have experience leading agile product development teams and are always looking for ways to help them be more effective

About the role: Gojek is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead our Matchmaking team. As Product Manager, you will drive the conceptual and technical development of product ideas from end-to-end for Gojek and our customer base. You love solving complex problems and working with talented designers and engineers to craft beautifully simple solutions for challenging user stories.
