The subscription team at Hotstar is building India’s largest subscription service. Payments is at the core of building a successful subscriptions engine.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Define & execute strategy to enable recurring payments in a seamless way with high success rate
- Work & build relationships with the issuers, payment gateways & other partners in the payment ecosystem
- Identify opportunities & add new payment methods
- Improve success rates for existing payment methods
- Develop a promotion engine that allows us to use the right incentive at the right time for increasing conversion
What you bring
- At least 2- 5 years of experience managing payments (across cards, wallets, upi etc) for a consumer product and overall 5+ years of product management experience
- Highly analytical & data-driven
- Ability to hustle & do whatever it takes to get the right thing done with high bar for quality
- Extra love for people who’ve had experience running their own startup
- Background in computer science preferred
