BOB Capital Markets invites application for the position Product Manager – Platforms and Trading Products

Job Description / Responsibilities:

a. Design and product roadmap across Equity and TPP product suite

b. Platform roadmap across Equity and TPP product suite

c. Conceptualised and coordination for platforms across Equity segment with different team like Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors

d. Preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps of the products/features

e. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch

f. Responsible for driving key metrics.

g. Writing product specs, FAQs, presentation for trading products and platforms

h. Gather, review and interpret qualitative and quantitative market data to provide uncover new product insight

i. Competition tracking domestic and international in same and similar industry

Job specific skills:

a. Considerable multi-tasking, extreme attention to detail required, and pressure to meet deadlines.

b. Working collaboratively and cross-departmentally

c., Should have understanding in platform UI/UX

d. Should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behavior

e. The one who is extremely passionate about making his product a market success – a growth hacking mentality is what we are looking for

f. Should have hands-on experience in owning the complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage

g. Should have understanding of broking related rules and regulation

h. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, community members, representatives of government offices etc.

Educational Qualification: Graduate, preferably MBA/ CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India

Minimum Experience: 8 years minimum

CTC Offered: Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Location of posting: Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.
