Activation manager has to perform activities aimed at developing and implementing the long and short-term

consumer relationship building programs.

 Developing and driving consumer promotional programs at all channels

 Achieving and tracking deliverables from the promotional activities.

 Designing and executing consumer loyalty programs at various platforms not limited to digital, POS and KOL’s.

 Activation of new channels for increasing market share.

 Developing tools and driving promotional plans for branding activity for new market.

 Responsible for managing and execution of various activities of retail merchandise projects for the country. Projects

include BTL marketing, retail activation, in shop branding, etc.

 Ensure time management of projects and effective communication with clients

 Brand Activation: Lead high quality activations to further leadership across various touch points including (but not

limited to) Digital, Point of Buying, Housing Societies, Corporates etc.

 Create the right communication suited for Point of Buying and customize it specific to the retail environment,

wherever needed

 Responsible to collect patient data wherever possible.

 Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.

 Planning and developing make-up artist and bloggers workshops and building relationship with KOL’s to drive brand

awareness and usage.
