Product Manager recruitment in Noida - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

What you’ll do:

1. Serve as the product manager and primary point of contact for all of CareerBuilder's email and messaging products and shared services for the organization. 
2. Manage the product backlog and attend daily standup calls for two interdependent email and messaging teams: One who works on the products and services that support CareerBuilder>Job Seeker communications; the other who supports the products and services that support CareerBuilder Customer (employers)>Job Seeker (candidates) communications.
3. Drive the innovation for these two teams and run twice-monthly review, retro and planning sessions.
4. Manage an active backlog of A/B/C/N experiments so our email and messaging programs are constantly improving week by week.
5. Code review all HTML email templates to ensure they are accurately and consistently tracked.
6. Support internal customers who depend on our email and messaging services with prompt responses to feature requests and candid discussions about priority with the data to back it up.
7. Help the consumer team's dedicated product analyst build, optimize and support automated email reporting as a service to both internal stakeholders and customers using CareerBuilder's platforms.
8. Maintain a keen eye for quality in communications.
9. Keep a shrewd eye on email deliverability and reputation trends.
10. Manage the day-to-day vendor and agency relationships related to email and messaging, including but not limited to email service providers, SMS providers and chat providers.
11. Assess existing and new vendor relationships and advise product and engineering leadership as they relate to product and feature opportunities, reporting, data aggregation, storage and company costs.
12. Regularly report to your leadership on Daily/WOW/MOM/YOY changes in performance of all consumer-facing email campaigns and how each impacts the pool size (I.e., are they all contributing to the business's goals as intended? Is everything working properly? Where are there leaks or opportunities for enhancement?)
13. Assist product and engineering leaders in scoping, tasking and prioritizing work for engineering team.
14. Run quarterly inbox studies, document findings and present to product, engineering and UX teams for further assessment and discovery about the email experience of our consumers.
15. Present regularly alongside the cross-functional UX team on user feedback from email.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 5-10 years experience in the email and messaging trenches, ideally with experience working within or alongside product, marketing, development and UX teams.
• Demonstrable competency in large-scale email engagement tactics, strategies and best practices, including HTML, tracking, personalization, automation and deliverability.
• Experience with web, email, apps, social and other digital channels is a must.
• An excellent command of the written English language and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both internal and public communications.
