Job Description
CareerBuilder is looking for a Product Manager for the WORKTERRA team. This integral member of the product management team identifies solutions and communicates prioritized requirements that drive the development of WORKTERRA product.
The Product Manager ensures that the product functionality is created in the order and manner that represents the best approach from perspective of the business, product and technical teams. You will help shape the future and will contribute to the cohesion and vision of WORKTERRA product.
Responsibilities:
§ Accountable as product owner for the product vision and delivery cycle.
§ Own the end-to-end product lifecycle.
§ Manage business priorities with scaled agile/scrum approach and balance technical challenges, feature benefits, cost, and delivery schedules.
§ Collaborating with cross functional teams to defining WORKTERRA's market strategy, competitive intelligence, customer needs, product scope, release planning, Go-to-Market efforts, launch and market success.
§ Collaborate with stakeholders, Operations, product teams and cross functional teams in development (R&D),project management, to successfully drive business objectives through influence.
§ Identify market trends, perform competitive analysis and monetize opportunities.
§ Lead the day-to-day product operations, outlining KPI, measuring usage, customer satisfaction, and adoption/engagement.
§ Influence peers to get product features prioritized and delivered that meet the specialized needs of their roadmap.
Job Requirements:
§ 5 to 7+ years as a product manager in a global organization.
§ Product experience with US Benefits Administration.
§ Experience with Jira, Agile tools and writing user stories.
§ Demonstrated business/product analytics experience on an Agile product team.
§ Able to work in a global and geographically distributed team model, across multiple time zones.
§ Excellent communicator, with ability to effectively present to executives, customers and technical leadership.
§ Hands-on product manager, willing to get deeply involved when required.
§ Team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and influence.
§ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
§ Able to work in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions independently with clear vision and minimal supervision.
Educational Requirements:
§ B. Tech or similar degree from a reputed university
§ Preferably a master’s degree in technology or business
