About The Product
The US Real Estate market is a trillion-dollar industry, with $100 Billion in annual commissions. While the best salespeople in the country are operating in this market, they lack intelligent systems and data to run their business efficiently.
We're fixing this problem by building a data-driven business management solution for these teams. Our product absorbs data from several existing systems and uses data-science to give our users complete visibility and insights to accelerate sales and profitability by 2-4x.
Responsibilities:-
- Partner with the product team to track the right metrics & drive customer onboarding, engagement & retention.
- Planning product launches.
- Help develop product positioning and messaging across channels that resonates with our core audiences.
- Enable the sales teams by developing collateral and training materials that bring the product positioning to life with compelling narratives that are grounded in customer stories.
- Working with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plans.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all the campaigns.
Requirements:-
- Background:
- More than a year of experience working as a product marketer for a tech company in the B2B space.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience.
- Skills:
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Great attention to detail
- Creativity
- Proficiency in short-form as well as long-form marketing content.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in market analysis
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Work Ethic:
- You're comfortable working inside a fast-paced results-driven work environment.
- You're a Self Starter who can drive projects and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
- You demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
