Support the marketing team in various inbound and outbound initiatives
Delegates his/her efforts effectively in activities that drive brand awareness and brand identity along with providing accurate market research data that is relevant to the growth of the company.
Develop an understanding of the customer persona and thus strategize, plan and execute multiple campaigns to get our company to the proper target customer
Proactively learn new skills and education which will help him/her better the quality of work they put into the company.
Understand that marketing is the face of the company and that quality is key.
Bachelor’s degree in any field, but should have the need to learn and continuously improve themselves
Should be a people person both within and outside the company.
Critical Thinking. Problem-solving skills. Logical reasoning and an inability to settle for mediocrity.
Should be a confident speaker able to voice their thoughts and ideas clearly and to the point.
Hardworking with a sense of ownership of his/her work.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability. Should also be fluent in at least two languages.
