Responsible for new product development/Launches & business development of current
product categories.
Jointly responsible for coordinating with sales teams to ensure achievement of monthly and
annual sales targets – both primary and secondary.
Responsible for working with individual functional teams (R&D, sourcing, production, sales etc)
to ensure:
o Gather MIS, designing and implementation of product pricing on regular basis.
o Timely communication of pricing and schemes to sales teams every month.
o Engaging with planning team to ensure timely availability of stocks for sale.
o Assist in new production development and launch.
Responsible for gathering market and competitive intelligence and analyzing it for actionable
execution in market.
Co-designing innovative trade marketing initiatives to optimize cost to sale in order to achieve
sales targets.
Responsible for new and regular packaging concept and artworks designing & implementation.
Jointly responsible for monitoring monthly spends and ensuring adherence to budgets.
Should be excellent in Excel, well versed with other computer utilities.
Should be able to analyze primary, secondary sales & promotion effectiveness through MIS.
