Job Overview
Product Operations is seeking an experienced, driven, results-oriented analyst to analyze, operationally manage, and administer a variety of business processes and related systems. To succeed in this role, the versatile candidate must bring strong communication skills, an understanding of business process, and analytical skills to help solve key business problems.
The Product Operations Analyst must be able to coordinate business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment and work closely with internal customers and stakeholders in product groups, Finance, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Understanding Akamai internal systems, data sources, and processes.
- Help the team to manage the day to day operations for updating and maintaining the Product Catalog and Product Pricing and related systems per the set cadence.
- Analyzing data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps and help drive meaningful business change.
- Build and manage relationships across various stakeholder groups that are engaged in the success of product catalog launches.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/MCA/equivalent.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience of which 3 years of experience in a business analysis focused role, preferably in product catalog processing and product lifecycle management and systems.
- Expertise in Project Management, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in Process Engineering work.
- Experience in data analysis, advanced excel.

- Knowledge of high-tech internet industry.
- Proficiency in executing technology heavy processes.
- Expertise in business process automation best practices.
- Expertise in the Atlassian suite (JIRA and Confluence).
