What You'll Be Doing

• You will work closely with the Operations Leads to help them stay up to date with the latest product releases and help them drive product-based solutions
• You will work with the Product Managers to shape the internal product in the right direction
• You will be responsible for maintaining customization and edit logs, create feature release documentation, and add release notes for the product releases for the team
• You will be creating & updating internal product manuals
• You will join the customer calls to understand the challenges in onboarding, operations & value being driven for the customer and accordingly collaborate with the product team to solve it
• You will help the experimentation team in setting up & running the experiments
• You will be helping with feature exploration for designing PRDs
• You will be helping the sales/ops team understand the latest feature releases
• You will be looking after the product issues faced by the team and helping them troubleshoot the issue as the first line of defence
• You will be helping the Operations teams (BoAs) & Customer Success Team (CS) explore & set-up customer integrations and get to the root cause (RCA) of any product/tech error as the first line of defence
  
  

What You Should Have

• Be data-informed and highly customer-centric
• Good analytical skills with a good grasp on spreadsheet analysis & SQL
• Strong attention to detail
• Should be a fast learner
• Ability to clearly communicate and listen intently
• Wise, curious, and independent learning machine.
• You must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
• 1+ years of experience in Product Operations Ex. 2+ total work experience preferred
