About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor the different forums for product reviews and prepare a detailed report(Amazon, Walmart, Google play store, Apple store, social media, etc.)
2. Work on responding to negative reviews quickly with prompt follow up action and work to minimize the negative reviews
3. Use proactive methods to increase the overall number of reviews and maximize positive reviews
4. Work closely with product management, customer delight, and product development teams to achieve the objectives
5. Gain insights from the reviews/customer feedback and pass it to CD/PM teams for incorporating feasible suggestions into our products
