Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers regarding onboarding and conversions
2. Taking sales information and putting it into an easily readable format
3. Following up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
4. Compiling a daily list of sales leads, providing sales data and guides to the customer success team & management
5. Developing and maintaining funnels for sales and customer onboarding, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports
6. Recording sales trends and liaising with key account managers to develop sales strategies
7. Creating and processing tickets in a timely manner, processing requests, and reviewing customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for onboarding purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for issues & suggestions they have regarding the software
9. Scheduling customer meetings and demos
10. Reporting any unusual activity to your manager
11. Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
12. Dealing with any customer complaints and resolving the issue as necessary
