Experience: 3+ years in HRMS sales
Role: You will be responsible to drive sales across the assigned territories. You need to generate new leads by giving presentation of HRMS product & also need to maintain the relationship with the existing key stakeholders .
Responsibilities: 
Identify prospective clients and Meet or exceed assigned quota
Selling our online HRMS product to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements
Should be able to connect and interact with CEO's CXO's, HR Head,V.P'c etc., and generating the relationship to increase the sales volume
Knowledge of the HRMS product & strengths and weaknesses of the competition
Able to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business
Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining etc.,
Extensive understanding of local market and deep penetration for increasing sales
Solid proven sales record in achieving the assigned business revenue targets. Proficiency in implementation of related sales strategies to secure clients.
