Primary Job Functions:
- The support engineer has to provide telephonic/internet/physical support of the School Management software products used by our School clients across globe.
- This will involve installation, training, Service, configuration, first line application support, investigating customer escalations and troubleshooting of School Management Software. Sometime he has to visit/travel client location also.
- Has to do manual testing sometimes of the product as per company Requirement. For testing and support 2-3 months of training will be provided to candidate from company.
- Has to provide guidance to clients on function, usage and operation of products.
- Possess excellent level of product knowledge.
- Serve as liaisons between Sapphire and the customer.
- Convey customer feedback to development staff.
- May perform per-sales technical support duties including assisting sales team with preparation of proposals and customer demos.
Required Skills:
- Should have good computer basic and MS Office knowledge.
- Should be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them to solve out.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Most of your work will be on communication basis.
- Excellent telephone mannerisms. support will be provided over the phone/Internet/physical
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works with developers to communicate issues and request changes or enhancements to software
- Provide timely reports back to Project Management regarding progress on specific assignments
- Must willing and able to travel.
