1. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities in the connected E-bicycle infrastructure space
2. Benchmarking: Benchmark our product offerings against industry standards and competitors' solutions
3. Product Strategy & Feature Documentation: Collaborate with the product manager and cross-functional teams to document the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
4. Help in preparing detailed feature documentation, outlining specifications, user stories, and use cases
5. Maintain up-to-date product documentation on Google Docs, ensuring easy access for the team
6. Data Analytics: Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to derive valuable insights from user data, feedback, and market metrics
7. Interpret data to make informed product decisions, continually iterating and improving the product
8. Implementation Support: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to support the implementation of new features and product improvements
9. Ensure that the product development aligns with the documented strategy and requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field) from a reputable institute
2. Passion for and understanding of the Electric Vehicle sector and sustainable mobility solutions
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Google Docs
5. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Excel, Python, R, or any relevant software would be a plus
