Professional experience:
• Excellent written & spoken English - Should be able to support customers
through live-chat. Write concise and effective emails. Phone support to
customers based in US/UK.
• Experience in SQL – Professional experience in writing SQL queries & functions.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
• Excel & Google Sheets – Should be able to use advanced Excel or Google Sheets
formulas.
• Good typing speed – Reasonable typing speed to communicate with multiple
customers.
• Analytical thinking – Able to understand the customer's point of view and
suggest appropriate solution.
Job role & responsibilities:
• Able to support customers based in US, Europe & Canada.
• Rotational shift - 3-month day shift followed by 3-month night shift.
• Person with integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Expected to communicate frequently with team members and manager.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple customer requests at same time.
• Suggest new features by understanding customer needs.
