12,000 - 15,000 Per Month Product Trainer
Mobisy is seeking an energetic Product Trainer who can apply their passion for training and enable our partners to work with Bizom.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Plan, conduct, develop, and coordinate training programs for users and evaluate its effectiveness to increase proficiency.
Prepare training materials and develop instructional content.
Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the trainees
Coordinate training schedules, dates, and logistics as well as maintain all databases related to the training.
Troubleshooting of basic issues raised during training. In case of complex matters guide Customers to reach support teams for resolution.
Design and develop new training by understanding the gaps.
Ability to handle client interactions and communicating the requirements to relevant internal teams
Understanding of the FMCG industry and Client’s business model is preferred.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) - English, Hindi, Punjabi or any other regional language would be added advantage
Eagerness to work in a high-pressure fast-growing startup environment
A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and soft skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet the training schedules.
Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel.
