Product Trainer

Mobisy is seeking an energetic Product Trainer who can apply their passion for training and enable our partners to work with Bizom.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, conduct, develop, and coordinate training programs for users and evaluate its effectiveness to increase proficiency.

  • Prepare training materials and develop instructional content.

  • Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the trainees

  • Coordinate training schedules, dates, and logistics as well as maintain all databases related to the training.

  • Troubleshooting of basic issues raised during training. In case of complex matters guide Customers to reach support teams for resolution.

  • Design and develop new training by understanding the gaps.

  • Ability to handle client interactions and communicating the requirements to relevant internal teams

  • Understanding of the FMCG industry and Client’s business model is preferred.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) - English, Hindi, Punjabi or any other regional language would be added advantage

  • Eagerness to work in a high-pressure fast-growing startup environment

  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and soft skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet the training schedules.

  • Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel.
