Quality Management Systems: Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
Statistical Analysis: Ability to use statistical tools and methods for data analysis and process improvement (e.g., statistical process control, design of experiments).
Root Cause Analysis: Experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues effectively.
Quality Assurance Techniques: Familiarity with quality assurance techniques such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA),Control Plans, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Testing and Inspection Methods: Knowledge of testing and inspection methods to evaluate product quality and compliance with specifications.
Documentation: Skill in creating and maintaining quality documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and reports.
