Job Description
Responsibilities of candidate include: Basically a production assistant in men's garment unit
• Sending mail and whatsapp to existing clients communicate with them for order and payments
• processing the received order , handing over the orders
• Follow up on orders
• Checking finish products and forwarding for dispatch updating the client about it
• Track pre-production samples.
• Complete some data entry work such as invoicing and shipping.
• Confirm bookings with factories and other vendors.
• Testing samples for quality control.
• Review current stock levels and re-order as needed.
• Communicate constantly between designers, sourcing teams, and external companies.
• Preparing delivery notes for samples and components
• Checking and scanning information on official production orders
• Ordering garment components such as labels and ensuring the stock of components is always satisfactory
