Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Acts as a link between all the artists and the production
Follow-up and update shot statuses and artist targets in addition to being able to produce show status at all times
Organize, attend, and manage dailies and review meetings, take notes of all relevant information and distribute them to the artists
Ensures that the artists have all the necessary information
Keep artists and supervisors up to date with information client notes, shot changes, modifications and evaluate the impact on current work
Prepare detailed reports dedicated to the Production and client: client notes, shot and schedule changes, or any important modifications

Qualification:

Should be good Excel
Written and verbal communication skills
Open to learning, Proactive and should be an effective listener
