Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Production Executive to join our team, a leading manufacturer of fire alarm systems and components. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficient operations, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. You will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of production personnel, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage and allocate production resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Manage a team of production personnel, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and sales.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
