Objective This role is responsible for driving manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently in safe manner
Duties and responsibilities: • Good Culinary skills • Planning and Organising kitchen process • Determining Quality control standards at Kitchen • Supervising the work of workers • Prepare reports after the completion of the batches • Support on NPD • Improvements in existing products • Allot manpower as per required work • Manpower planning and shift scheduling • Problem solving at floor • Implementation of food safety standards
