Job Description

Designation : Production-in-charge, VIT Online Learning Institute (VITOL) Studio

Key Responsibilities:Planning and organizing production schedules and re-negotiating timescales as necessary, Assessing project and resource requirements,Determining quality control standards,Overseeing production processes,Selecting, ordering, purchasing materials and Liaising with buyers / marketing / sales staff,Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment,Supervising the work of junior staff, Organizing relevant training sessions for self and team in pace with the technology changes.

Qualifications: UG or PG in Film Production/Visual Communication / Electronic Media or similar disciplines, Experience in handling few of the above described portfolio is mandatory.

Requirements:Proven and relevant field experience in documentary film production in some reputed media organization.Proficient in Multimedia and MS Office toolsIn depth knowledge of latest trends/developments in the field of media and the ability to utilize them for the better functioning of the Institutes studio,Excellent organizational, project-management and time-management skills,Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities,Good team management skills and leadership
