Job Description
REQUIRED FRESH ANY DEGREE HOLDERS FOR PRODUCTION INCHARGE POST. Any degree holders are eligible to apply to this post. Interested candidates can call directly for walkin interview process. Food and accommodation is free.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who process and manufacture textile products, fabrics, fur, and leather.
Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
Order equipment and supplies.
Solve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
Manage and train staff.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
Draft reports.
Adjust machinery and equipment, as required.
Skills:
Effective project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Must be sharp, deadline focused and motivated

Our company is textile related company. This is yarn manufacturing unit. Located in tiruppur.
