Job Description
1. Connect with casts for locking their dates & commercials & inform them about call time and schedule changes
2. Manage the bookings
3. Send in daily and weekly schedules to the team
4. Communicate changes in the schedule, if any
5. Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence
6. Work in coordination with other departments in the organization
7. Handle documentation as and when required
8. Order the types of equipment and supplies
9. Track the spending and generate an expense report
10. Delegate errands and tasks to production assistants

4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Proficiency in English & Hindi language
2. Good communication and organizing skills
3. Basic understanding of production-related procedures
4. Should be comfortable working in shifts
5. Must be able to work under pressure and sometimes even longer working hours
6. Must be a graduate (any field)
7. Prior experience in working with production houses will be a huge plus
RVCJ Digital Media is looking to hire a hard-working and passionate video production intern to join our production team who can perform administrative duties and assist on sets during shoot.
