We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing company. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in the pharmaceutical machinery sector, and a proven track record of leadership and management.

Responsibilities:

·        Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

·        Manage and supervise production teams, including operators, technicians, and support staff, to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

·        Develop and implement production schedules and workflows, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.

·        Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP) in all production activities.

·        Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.

·        Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration activities to ensure machinery reliability and performance.

·        Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to support production schedules and minimize excess inventory.

·        Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to production staff.

·        Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),and report on production metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

·        Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing or related industry.

·        In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies used in pharmaceutical machinery production.

·        Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production goals.

·        Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

·        Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

·        Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.

·        Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

·        Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
